ARFEN continues to break records by exporting to more than 80 countries in every continent of the world. We have a strong business relationship with our dealers in some countries as well as with the customers we work with on a project basis. Our goal is to increase the recognition of Arfen by increasing the number of our dealers in the world.

Working with international resellers can be a rewarding opportunity to expand your company's reach into new markets. THIS opportunity is important for both parties. Our export team conducts pro-active market research by identifying potential markets for our products and services. We get to know the companies we work with for official distributorship relationships over a certain period of time and strengthen our communication ties. We draw attention to the following issues for healthy distributor relations.

We have open communication channels with our international dealers. Mutual expectations of ARFEN and its dealers are defined. All product information is shared and necessary technical training and support is provided. Technologies such as video conferencing, email and collaboration tools are used to facilitate communication across different time zones and languages. In addition to all these, our professional export team makes country visits.

We investigate the legal and regulatory requirements of the countries in which our international dealers operate. We support our dealers with local laws, import/export regulations, tax obligations and industry-specific certification needs.

We have comprehensive contractual agreements that clearly state the rights, responsibilities and obligations of both parties. This includes terms regarding pricing, payment terms, exclusivity, territorial rights, intellectual property rights, warranties, termination provisions and dispute resolution mechanisms.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to your international dealers to effectively market, sell and support your products or services. This includes access to resources such as product training, sales and marketing support, technical assistance and marketing materials, product guides, and customer support channels.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) are created to monitor the performance of your international dealers. Measurements such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, market share, stock turnover rate and compliance with contractual agreements are monitored. We provide constructive feedback based on all of these.

With our slogan “ARFEN produces solutions”, we have mechanisms to effectively resolve potential conflicts or disagreements that may arise with international dealers. We support our dealers by resolving disputes amicably.

By addressing these issues and establishing strong partnerships with international dealers, we are effectively expanding ARFEN's global presence.
